TKV Finland is a Helsinki shop for refurbished laptops and computers. Visit us at Elimäenkatu 9 B in Vallila, Monday–Friday 8:00–16:00. Our range includes business laptops for home, studying and work, with individual specifications and condition grades shown on each product page.
Every machine is tested and cleaned and comes with a freshly installed operating system. Compare the processor, memory, storage and display to the requirements of your own applications. A familiar model name does not mean every configuration is identical, so choose the hardware that suits the way you use your computer.
Laptops include a 12-month warranty, with a 3-month warranty for the battery. Consumers purchasing online have a 14-day return right. For normal returns, you arrange and pay the return postage. Our warranty and returns page explains the terms before you order.
We ship across Finland; in-stock products are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment. You receive tracking details when the parcel leaves. Store pickup is also available during opening hours. Shipping cost depends on the products and is confirmed at checkout.
You can choose English and other available operating system languages on laptop product pages without changing the physical keyboard layout. Check the individual product or ask us about its keyboard before purchasing. If you need a particular configuration, contact us before ordering so we can confirm the options for that device.
Condition grades
Grades describe appearance; technical operation is tested.
- Like new
- Looks like new. No noticeable signs of use.
- Excellent
- No signs of use, or they are extremely hard to notice.
- Good
- A few very small signs of use, such as a slightly worn keyboard and hairline scratches. No effect on function.
- Fair
- Visible signs of use, e.g. scratches or wear on the chassis. No effect on function.
Computer repair in English
Our computer repair page is available in English using the language selector. Explore the repair price list or send your device model and a description of the problem to request an estimate.
We do not repair computers with liquid damage because a successful repair and reliable operation cannot be guaranteed. Contact your insurance company to ask whether you can make an accidental-damage claim. Coverage depends on your policy terms and your insurer’s decision.

Do you ship outside Helsinki?
Yes, we ship across Finland with Posti. In-stock products are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment. You can also collect your order at our Vallila store, Monday–Friday 8:00–16:00.
Is the keyboard layout Finnish?
The physical keyboard layout depends on the individual laptop. Check the product information and photos, or ask us to confirm the layout before ordering. Choosing English as the operating system language does not change the physical keys.
Can I pay with a card or MobilePay?
Yes. Online payment options include Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Finnish online banks, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Paytrail. Bank transfer and payment in store are also available; choose your payment and delivery methods at checkout.
